- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been here all of one hour. During my move in inspection found several issues. Hall way floor damaged, hall light covered in paint, carpets dirty( maybe they were cleaned but not vacuumed before we moved in) I could continue but I'm afraid I'd run out of space. Maintenance manager cane by to placate me and apartment manager doesn't seam to care at all. I have a call into Lipton group the company that manages the complex, we shall c if I get any help from them. I'll update this if they get this right but I should have looked at the reviews here before leasing now I don't have a choice but to stay.By Robert Sanders, August 28, 2017
